  Never had an issue being seen here or dealing with the staff. The only issues I've ever had were because I've owed a bill and that wasn't their fault but my own for not knowing I had a balance to pay. Every visit comes with its own wait time and since it's an urgent care that's just simply acceptable. Go in with the right attitude and you'll be given the proper treatment you deserve, go in with a bad attitude and get exactly what you give out. My family is very satisfied with the level of service they offer and couldn't be happier the office is close to home.

  Waited an hour, still had 2 people ahead of me! NO URGENCY, staff talking loudly, moving like snails. Awful, better off going to ER!! Also filthy office, I was afraid to sit on chairs in lobby! I left without being seen. UNBELIEVABLE!! Don't go there!!
